Ingredients:

Chicken boneless  1/2 kg

Tomato chopped  2

Ginger julienne  2 inches piece

Red chili powder  1 tsp

Coriander powder   1 tsp

Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp

Yogurt   1/4 cup

Ginger garlic paste  2 tsp

Cumin  powder  1 tsp

All spice powder    1 tsp

Green chili  sliced 3 

Coriander leaves  for garnish

Salt to taste

Oil  1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste saute for 1 minutes till flavor comes out.
  2. Add chicken and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes along with red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt.
  4. Stir fry till the tomatoes reduced a pulp.
  5. Add julienne ginger and green chili.
  6. Stir in the yogurt and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes till chicken is tender.
  7. Add all spice powder, coriander leave cook for a minutes.
  8. Garnish with serve julienne ginger and coriander leaves and green chilies.
  9. Serve with naan and roti.
