Chicken Ginger Recipe |

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Tomato chopped 2
Ginger julienne 2 inches piece
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Green chili sliced 3
Coriander leaves for garnish
Salt to taste
Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste saute for 1 minutes till flavor comes out.
- Add chicken and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes along with red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt.
- Stir fry till the tomatoes reduced a pulp.
- Add julienne ginger and green chili.
- Stir in the yogurt and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes till chicken is tender.
- Add all spice powder, coriander leave cook for a minutes.
- Garnish with serve julienne ginger and coriander leaves and green chilies.
- Serve with naan and roti.
