Qeema Samosa Recipe/Mince Samosa |

Ingredients:
Qeema 250 g
Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Coriander seed 1 /2 tbsp crushed
Green chili 4 chopped
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed 1 /2 tsp
Onion chopped 1 small
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander leave 2 tbsp chopped
Salt to taste
Oil 4
Flour paste
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Water as required
For samosa dough
All propose flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water for kneading
Oil 1-1/2 tbsp
Method:
Prepare samosa dough
- Add flour and salt in a bowl add oil knead with water make a medium consistency dough.
- Cover and leave it half and hour.
- Make a ball from it.
- And roll thin chapati put a pan on medium flame and let it heat.
- Once the pan is hot, put the chapati on it.
- Flip it as quick as you can almost 10 second cook it on other side same time.
- Take it off from the pan.
- Make all the chapati in the same way.
- Cut each chapati into samosa sheet.
- Samosa sheet is ready.
Cook mince
- Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste, chopped onion qeema add red chili flakes, coriander seeds, all spice powder, salt,cumin seed cook on low flame till done.
- Add coriander leaves and green chilies mix it.
- Remove from heat let it cool.
Flour paste
- Little water make a thick paste of 2 tbs of all purpose flour and keep a side.
Filling in chapati
- Make a cone of each samosa sheet and fill with the cooked mince seal edges with flour paste.
- Make all samosa with the rest of the chapatis in the above manner.
Frying samosa
- Heat oil in a wok deep fry qeema samosa till golden brown.
- Serve with green chutney and ketchup.
