Aalo k Samosay Recipe |

Ingredients:
Potato 4
Onion chopped 1 Medium
Green chili 3 to 4
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Mint leave 2 tbs
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Hole coriander seed 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For Samosa Dough
Flour 2 cup
Oil as required
Salt 1/2 taste
Water for kneading
Method:
Prepare samosa dough
- Combine plain flour,oil and salt in a bowl and knead with water.
- Cover and leave it for 1/2 and hour.
- Make a ball from it.
- Roll thin chapati put a pan medium heat.
- Once pan is hot, put the chapati on it.
- Flip it as quick as you can almost 10 second cook it on other side same time.
- Make all chapati it the same way.
- Separate the layer if you had applied the oil evenly, your layer will cut out nicely.
- Cut chapaties into samosa sheet.
Method for samosa filling
- Boil and mashed potato.
- In a bowl add potato, add red pepper, chopped onion, green chili, hole coriander seed, mint leaves, coriander leaves, chaat masala, salt to taste mix well, your stuffing is ready keep a side.
Flour paste:
- 2 tbs all purpose flour little water make a thick paste and keep a side.
Filling in samosa patti:
- Make a cone on each samosa sheet and filled with the potato filling seal edges with flour paste.
- Make all samosa with same process.
Frying samosa:
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the samosa till golden brown.
- Serve with chutney and ketchup.
