Gola Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

Beef mince 1/2 kg

Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Red chili powder 1 tsp

All spice powder 1 tsp

Raw papaya paste 1 tsp

Cumin seed 1 tsp

Onion fried brown 1/2 cup

Green chili paste 1 tsp

Coriander leaves 1 handful 

Gram flour 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Ghee 2 tbsp

Oil 2 tbsp

Skewer 2

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in food processor such as beef mince, ginger garlic paste,  papaya paste, green chili paste, all spice powder, cumin seed, red chili powder, brown onion, salt, gram flour, coriander leaves, ghee and grind until well combine.
  2. Keep in the fridge at least 2 to 3 hour for marinating .
  3. Now take skewer and wet your hand with water and take one portion as desirable thickness.
  4. Give it gola kabab shapes with the help of fingers long, round depending on your choice.
  5. Heat oil in frying pan place 3-4 kabab in one batch.
  6. Cook each side 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
  7. Once they are well cooked from both sides shift to the pepper kitchen towel for removing excess oil.
  8. Serve hot gola kabab tamarind chutney and green chutney and puri, parathe.
