 Ingredients:

Mutton 1 kg

Onion chopped 1

Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

Red chili powder 3 tsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Black cumin 1 tsp

Green cardamom powder 1 /4 tsp

All spice powder 1 tsp

Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp

Yogurt 1 cup

Wheat flour  3 tbsp

Oil 1 cup

Water 2 cup 

Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pot fry onion until light golden.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and meat fry it for about 5 minutes until meat color has change.
  3. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, all spice powder.
  4. Add green cardamom powder.
  5. Add the water cover and cook till meat tender.
  6. Add yogurt mix well add nutmeg powder  (mix whole wheat flour with water mixed in to a thin paste.
  7. Add this mixture to a gravy and stir well.add black cumin  now cover a pot.
  8. Cook till oil comes on top.
  9. Lastly garnish with ginger and green chilies.
