Mutton Kunna Recipe |

Ingredients:
Mutton 1 kg
Onion chopped 1
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 3 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Black cumin 1 tsp
Green cardamom powder 1 /4 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Water 2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pot fry onion until light golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste and meat fry it for about 5 minutes until meat color has change.
- Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, all spice powder.
- Add green cardamom powder.
- Add the water cover and cook till meat tender.
- Add yogurt mix well add nutmeg powder (mix whole wheat flour with water mixed in to a thin paste.
- Add this mixture to a gravy and stir well.add black cumin now cover a pot.
- Cook till oil comes on top.
- Lastly garnish with ginger and green chilies.
