Dum Ka Qeema Recipe |

Ingredients:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Onion 2 medium
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Raw papaya 3 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Green chili crushed 2 tbsp
Green coriander 3 tbsp
Ginger Julian 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Coal 1 piece
Method:
- Thinly slice onion fry till golden brown, set a side to drain and roughly crush by hand.
- Put all the above ingredients in a mince fry and crushed Onion, Raw papaya, Red chili powder, Green chili crushed, Green coriander, Coriander powder, Turmeric, Cumin roasted and crushed, Ginger garlic paste,Yogurt, Salt to taste.
- Marinate for 4 hours, just before cooking mixing oil in a mince.
- Cook on low flame till water dries.
- Give smoke of coal.
- Serve Julian ginger, coriander leaves and green chili.
