Ingredients:

Mango  fresh 1 cup

Sugar  2 tbsp

Yogurt  1 cup

Milk 1/2 cup

Ice cube  optional

Method:

  1. Wash peel and chop the mango.
  2. In a blender add mango, sugar, yogurt, and milk and blend until all ingredients are mixed well.
  3. Add an ice cube this is optional.
  4. Blend again until all ingredients are mixed well.
  5. Pour in glasses and serve.
  6. If you make a large batch of this recipe, store it in your refrigerator. it keeps well for 1 to 2 days in the refrigerator.


Note:

  • By proportionally increasing the components, make a big batch of this recipe.
  • If fresh mangoes are not in season, make the lassi with canned mango pulp.

In a pinch, canned mango pulp work. But if you want to enjoy a refreshing lassi with fresh flavors from the king of fruit, make it fresh mangoes.
