Lahori Special Bong Paya / Beef Trotters |

Ingredients:
Beef trotters/ Paya 2
Bong 1/2 kg
Onion 2
Brown onion 1/2 cup
Yogurt 250 g
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic clove 6 to 7
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick 2
Black cardamom 1
Clove 3
Green cardamom 3
Black pepper 6 to 7
Cumin 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Green chili for garnish
Coriander leaves for garnish
Water as required
Method:
- Place beef trotters on direct flame to burn hair then wash thoroughly 3 to 4 times.
- In boiling water, add beef trotters and boil for 2-3 minutes and strain and set aside.
- Now put onion, and garlic clove and add black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, clove, black peppercorn, salt and beef trotters and bong in a big pan.
- Add water to it and cover with a lid and cook it on slow flame for 6 to 7 hours.
- In a separate pan heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste, add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, powder, yogurt, and salt and cooked until through.
- Add cooked beef trotters and bong masala in it, mix well cook for half and hour on a low flame.
- When oil comes on top put off the stove.
- Add all spice powder,and chopped ginger on top.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chili, brown onion, and serve with naan.
