Ingredients:

Mutton  500 g

Onion  2

Green chilies 10 -12

Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Cumin roasted and crushed  1 tsp

All spice powder  1/2 tsp

Black pepper crushed   1 tsp

Yogurt  3 tbsp

Salt  to taste

Oil  4 tbsp

Coriander leaves   2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Add oil in a pan add onion and fry them till they are golden brown.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, cumin seed, and mutton mix well cover and cook on low to medium heat.
  3.  When the water of the meat dries, add yogurt and cook till yogurt dries now add water and cook on low to medium heat till the meat is completely cooked.
  4. In a small pan heat some oil and fry green chilies. and keep aside.
  5. When the meat is cooked add black pepper, fries green chili, coriander leave and mix well.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve with naan, rice and chapati.
