Hari Mirch Gosht / Green Chilli Mutton Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Mutton 500 g
Onion 2
Green chilies 10 -12
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Add oil in a pan add onion and fry them till they are golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, cumin seed, and mutton mix well cover and cook on low to medium heat.
- When the water of the meat dries, add yogurt and cook till yogurt dries now add water and cook on low to medium heat till the meat is completely cooked.
- In a small pan heat some oil and fry green chilies. and keep aside.
- When the meat is cooked add black pepper, fries green chili, coriander leave and mix well.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with naan, rice and chapati.
