Dhaba Mutton Recipe |

Ingredients:
Mutton 500 g
Onion chopped 2 medium
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cumin crushed 1 tsp
Black peppercorn 7 -8
Tomato 2
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Green cardamom 2
Bay leaf 1
Clove 3
Cinnamon stick 1
Green chili chopped 3
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves handful
Method:
- Clean and wash mutton
- Marinate mutton with yogurt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin crushed, turmeric powder and salt .
- Mix everything and keep it aside for about 2 hours.
- Heat oil, add cardamom, clove,bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black pepper with chopped onion, fry till light golden.
- Add ginger garlic chopped saute few seconds,add the marinated mutton and cook for 10 minutes add water and cook until the mutton is 3/4 done.
- Add tomato sliced and saute till tomatoes are cooked soft.
- Cover and cook till mutton is tender and oil comes on top.
- Add green chili,coriander leaves, all spice powder cook another 2-3 minutes. once it is done switch off the flame.
- Serve dhaba mutton with steamed rice, roti.
Dhaba Mutton:
