Mutton Chatpata Ghost Recipe |

Ingredients:
Mutton 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Onion 1 large
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick 1
Black cardamom 1
Green cardamom 3
Clove 3
Yogurt 1 cup
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato 2 sliced
Green chili 3 chopped
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Water as required
Coriander leaves handful
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute until translucent.
- Add cumin seed, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, cloves, green cardamom, mix well and fry until golden.
- Add mutton add ginger garlic paste fry on a medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and tomatoes, cook on high flame till the tomatoes are mashed.
- Add yogurt and mix well.
- Add water mix and wait to boil on high flame, reduce the flame to low to medium cover and cook till the mutton is tender and oil comes on the surface.
- Add black pepper powder, all spice powder, green chili stir again cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the flame, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with roti or naan and enjoy!
