Ingredients:

Ripe mango chopped  1

Dates  3 to 4

Milk   2  cup

Honey 2 tbsp

Chopped mango for garnishing

Method:

  1. In a blender add milk, dates honey, and mango blend 3 to 4 times until smooth creamy smoothie.
  2. Pour smoothie into serving glass and garnish with chopped mango.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
