Ingredients:

Liver mutton/beef  500 g

Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

Lemon juice  2 tbsp

Red chili powder   1 tsp

All spice powder   1 tsp

Crushed red pepper  1 tsp

Yogurt   4 tbsp

Cumin crushed  1 tsp

Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp

Salt   to taste

Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash and cut the liver into cubes.
  2. In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, red chili powder, cumin crushed, yogurt, lemon juice, yogurt, and salt add oil and mix well.
  3. Pour a mixture on the liver and coat evenly.
  4. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Then skew and skewers and grill on burning charcoals till done
  6. Delicious liver tikka is ready to serve.
  7. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
