Kaleji Tikka Recipe |

Ingredients:
Liver mutton/beef 500 g
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Cumin crushed 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash and cut the liver into cubes.
- In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, red chili powder, cumin crushed, yogurt, lemon juice, yogurt, and salt add oil and mix well.
- Pour a mixture on the liver and coat evenly.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Then skew and skewers and grill on burning charcoals till done
- Delicious liver tikka is ready to serve.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and serve.
