Hara Masala Mutton Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Onion 2 large
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili 8 whole
Coriander leave 1/2 cup chopped
Yogurt 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick 1
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Green cardamom 2 -3
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
- In a blender add coriander leave,green chili , onion ,add half cup water grind to make a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan add green cardamom,cinnamon stick ,ginger garlic paste and mutton ,fry until mutton changes color for 10 minutes.
- Now add the grinned mixture mix it well ans then add the yogurt mix well ,coriander powder,black pepper powder and salt, wait for a boil on high flame and the cover and cook on low to medium till the meat is tender and the oil comes on top .
- Then add all spice powder mix well cook for 1 -2 minutes.
- Garnish with green chili and coriander leave.
- Serve hot with naan ,roti.
