Hara Masala Mutton Recipe

Ingredients:

Mutton   1/2 kg

Onion  2 large

Ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp

Green chili    8 whole

Coriander leave  1/2 cup chopped

Yogurt   1 cup

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Cinnamon stick   1

Coriander powder  1 tbsp

Green cardamom  2 -3

All spice powder 1 tsp

Salt  to taste

 Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. In a blender add coriander leave,green chili , onion ,add half cup water grind to make a paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add green cardamom,cinnamon stick ,ginger garlic paste and mutton ,fry until mutton changes color for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add the grinned mixture mix it well ans then add the yogurt mix well ,coriander powder,black pepper powder and salt, wait for a boil on high flame and the cover and cook on low to medium till the meat is tender and the oil comes on top .
  4. Then add  all spice powder mix well cook for 1 -2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with green chili and coriander leave.
  6. Serve  hot with naan ,roti.
