Afghani Seekh Kabab Recipe |

Ingredients:
Beef mince 1 kg
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Onion 1 large
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander seed crushed 1 tsp
Cumin seed crushed 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chili chopped 3 to 4
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Method:
- In a large bowl add beef mince, ginger garlic paste, onion, green chili, cumin, coriander seed, and black pepper. allspice powder, red chili powder, and salt. knead together by mixing with your hand. cover and marinate for 4- 6 hours.
- Take a handful of the mixture and mold it on a skewer. repeat the process for the result, and ensure each kabab is approximately 1 inch in thickness.
- Grill on medium-high heat for 4 minutes on one side, turn and grill for another 4-5 minutes, meat is tender.
- Afghani Kabab is ready.
- Serve beef Afghani kabab with salad, raita.
Afghan Kabab Recipe:
Afghan cooks prepare a mince onto skewers by hand and grill on a barbecue or open flame. be sure each afghan kabab is about 1 inch in thickness, this is best for grilling, place the Kabab on a lightly oiled, heated gas grill, grill over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
