Preparation Time    5 Minutes

Serve                     4

Ingredients:

Tomato    250 g

Garlic     4 garlic clove

Green chili    2 chopped

Lemon   juice  1 

Red chili powder   1 tsp

Mustard seed   1 tsp

Cumin seed  1 tsp

Salt  to taste

Oil   1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Wash tomatoes and chilies properly.
  2. Cut tomatoes and chop chilies.
  3. Peel garlic pod and chop them too.
  4. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds ,allow it to crackle.
  5. Add cumin seed, add chopped garlic and roast for a 2 minutes.
  6. Add green chilies, fry for another 2 minutes add tomatoes,red chili powder and salt cover and cook till.
  7. Tomatoes are tender.
  8. Fry chutney till oil comes on top .switch off the flame and remove.
  9. Squeeze the lemon juice.
  10. Tomato and garlic chutney is ready.
  11. Cool and serve.
  12. You can keep this chutney for 2 to 3 days in refrigerator.
