Tomato And Garlic Chutney Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Tomato 250 g
Garlic 4 garlic clove
Green chili 2 chopped
Lemon juice 1
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Mustard seed 1 tsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
- Wash tomatoes and chilies properly.
- Cut tomatoes and chop chilies.
- Peel garlic pod and chop them too.
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds ,allow it to crackle.
- Add cumin seed, add chopped garlic and roast for a 2 minutes.
- Add green chilies, fry for another 2 minutes add tomatoes,red chili powder and salt cover and cook till.
- Tomatoes are tender.
- Fry chutney till oil comes on top .switch off the flame and remove.
- Squeeze the lemon juice.
- Tomato and garlic chutney is ready.
- Cool and serve.
- You can keep this chutney for 2 to 3 days in refrigerator.
