Semolina Kheer /Sooji Kheer Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Semolina/sooji 3 tbsp
Milk 750 ml
Cardamom 1/4 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Raisin 2 tbsp
Cashews 2 tbsp
Pistachio 1 tbsp
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan add dry fruit and roast till golden brown.
- Transfer a plate and keep aside.
- Add semolina and fry till the semolina becomes fragrant. make sure to roast on low flame.
- Add milk and stir.
- Add sugar stir well and boil 3-4 minutes or till semolina cooks well.
- Keep stirring the kheer so that it doesn't form lumps. make sure the kheer has thickened slightly.
- Add cardamom powder and roasted dry fruit.
- Serve semolina kheer hot, warm and chilled.
Note:
- You can add dry fruit of your choice.
- Also adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness.
- You could replace the sugar and milk powder with sweetened condensed milk to make to make the mixture thick.
