Ingredients:

For sekh kabab


Chicken mince    1/2 kg

Coriander seed crushed   1 tsp

Cumin seed crushed  1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp

All spice powder    1 tsp

Bread slice     2

Egg    1

Red chili powder   1 tsp

Green chili   2  chopped

Salt  to taste

Coal as required



For Fry Masala

Onion   1 large

Tomato 3 - 4 blended

Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

Red chili powder   2 tsp

Yogurt    1/2 cup

Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp

Green chili   3

Butter 50 g

Oil 2 tbsp

Black pepper crushed   1/2 tsp

All spice powder   1 tsp

Coriander leaves  for garnish

Method:

  1. In a bowl add chicken mince, ginger garlic paste, coriander seed crushed, cumin seed crushed, red chili powder, green chili, all spice powder, bread slice, egg, green chili chopped and salt  mix it well.
  2. Shape the mince into seekh kabab. wet your hands with water, it prevent the mince sticking to your palms.
  3. BBQ on skewer and  keep aside.


Ingredients For Gravy:

  1. In a pan add oil add onion fry until golden. remove from pan and set aside.
  2. In a blender add fried onion grind, set aside.
  3. In a saucepan add butter add  onion paste, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes, fry well.
  4. Add red chili powder,salt, turmeric powder, black pepper crushed, yogurt and all spice powder, fry well until oil floats on top.
  5. Then add cooked seekh kababs and leave it on dam. until the gravy reaches a thick consistency.
  6. Garnish with green chilies, coriander leaves.
