Raw Mango Juice
Raw Mango Juice  /  Keri Ka Sharbat Recipe


Preparation Time     20 Minutes

Serve                          10

Ingredients:

Raw mango  (kerry)    1/2 kg

Sugar      1/2 kg

Water   4 cup

Lemon juice    4 tbsp

Black pepper   1/4 tsp

Ice cube  as required

Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and peel raw mango slice the pulp off the seed. Cut the pulp into pieces.
  2. Boil pulp for 7-10 minutes until tender .
  3. Add sugar, salt mix it well cook until its thickens.
  4.  Now add lemon juice  mix it well and let it cool down.
  5. Transfer the raw mango mixture to the food processor  and blend into smooth pulp.
  6. Now pour all the mixture into bottle.your sharbat concentrate is ready.
  7. Can be store in the fridge 2-3 days.
  8. Fill 1/4 glass with concentrate add ice cubes fill the remaining glass with water. mix it well.
  9. Serve with crushed black pepper .and enjoy!


Raw Mango Juice:

Raw mango is used in preparation of healthy drink knows as Aam panna. It is very famous during summer season.boiled raw mango juice consumed in summers before going in heat prevent sun stroke. kery ka sharbat is also called aam panna.

You can use any sweetener of your choice like jaggery, raw sugar,brown sugar,honey.

The salt and sugar in this drink along with raw mango  rich in vitamin c protect you from dehydration and sunstroke.
