Mix Vegetable Samosa Recipe |

Serve 6
Ingredients:
Potato 2
Carrot 1 cut into cube
Peas 4 tbsp
Green chili 2 chopped
Onion 1 chopped
Curry leaves few
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Samosa wrap (patti) as required
For paste:
All-purpose flour (maida) 1 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Method:
- Boil carrot, peas, and potatoes in separate pots.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add cumin seed and curry leaves, let them crackle and add chopped onions cook until soft.
- Now add boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, and boiled carrot in it and mix it very well.
- Add red chili powder, green chilies, all spice powder and salt.
- Mix everything and remove from heat.
- Samosa stuffing is ready, let the mixture come to room temperature.
- In a small bowl add all-purpose flour and water and mix and make a slightly thick paste. and set aside.
- Fill the samosa wrap and apply some maida paste and seal well.
- Heat oil in a wok, drop samosa one by one slowly, and fry them in medium hot oil.
- Deep fry the samosa on medium heat until it get brown and crispy from all sides.
- Drain out the fried samosa on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- Samosa is ready to serve with ketchup and chutney.
