Falooda Sharbat


Preparation Time   15 Minutes

 Serve                       4

Ingredients:

Milk   1 liter

Basil  seeds/ Chia seed    1 tbsp

Colored vermicelli  boiled  1 cup

Almond    chopped 2 tbsp

Pistachio chopped  2 tbsp

Rooh afzah  as required

Method:

  1. Mix the basil seeds with room temperature water and set aside to allow it to bloom (about 20 minutes).
  2. Now mix the milk with rooh afza until you get the desired sweetness.
  3. Add basil seeds, and add boil vermicelli,
  4. Add almond  and pistachio, ice cube and mix it.
  5. Serve chilled.

Flooda Sharbat:

Sharbat is a water or milk based drink ,prepared from fruit. and serve chilled. Falooda sharbat ingredient colored vermicelli, milk and dry fruit.
