Ingredients:

Dates    15

Milk  2 cup

Cardamom powder   1/2 tsp

Ice cube  as required

Method:

  1. Wash dates and remove their seeds. use seedless dates.
  2. In a blender add seedless chopped dates and cardamom powder, along with milk and ice cube.
  3. Blend all the ingredients and make a smooth paste.
  4. Healthy dates milkshake is ready to serve.
  5. Pour dates milkshake into glass and garnish with some chopped dates.


Note:

  • Additionally, add ice cream to make milkshake more creamy and rich.
  • Instead of cardamom, you can add vanilla essence.
  • Also add sugar if you like the milkshake to be sweeter.

It is prepared during the holy month of Ramadan. This recipe can prepare in Sehri that will keep filled and energetic throughout the day. the combination of milk and dates provides the necessary energy and nutrients while fasting.

This is a very healthy and nutritious recipe that has no added sugar.

Dates are rich in vitamins and minerals such as B1, B2, B3, B5 ,A  and C. you can make this milkshake using warm or cold milk.
