Ingredients:

Chicken   300 g

Rice  1/2 kg

Garlic chopped  5 clove

Carrot  1

Capsicum  1

Cabbage  half  

Black pepper crushed   1  tsp

Soya sauce   1 tbsp

Chili sauce  1 tbsp

Oil  2 -3 tbsp

Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes.
  2. Boil water in a big pan, add soaked rice and salt in it boil till 90% done. drain and keep aside.
  3. Grate carrot, shred cabbage and chop capsicum.
  4. Take a pan add oil, heat it then add chopped garlic cloves, and chicken, add soya sauce, chili sauce, salt and crushed black pepper and cook for 10 minutes, carrot,   capsicum and cabbage mix it well. cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add boil rice, mix well and saute on high flame for a minutes or till every thing mix well.
  6. Serve hot.
