Spicy Chicken Lollipop Recipe |

Ingredients:
For lollipops
Chicken wings drummettes 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1/4 cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
For coating
Corn flour 1/4 cup
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Hot garlic sauce
Garlic 2 heads
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Button red chilies 4
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Method:
- With the help of knife, cut chicken wing from the center and push or bring down the meat towards the other ends, similarly make other lollipops.
- In a bowl add red chili powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, cumin powder soya sauce, vinegar and mix well.
- Add chicken lollipops and toss gently to coat and marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl add cornflour, all purpose flour, egg and salt mix well to create a thick batter and coat the lollipops in it.
- Heat oil in a wok add the battered lollipops one by one to the oil in such way that the meat is at the bottom and the bone is on top. fry these on medium high heat till golden brown.
- take the out on a tissue paper to blot out excess oil and serve hot.
Hot garlic sauce:
- Combine garlic, button red chilies, vinegar, salt and sugar blend until smooth. Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry the ground paste for 2 minutes, remove cool, mix with ketchup, Serve with chicken lollipops.
