Shinwari Chicken Karahai Recipe

Preparation Time   15 Minutes

Cook Time              20 Minutes

Ingredients:

Chicken 1/2 kg

Tomatoes  3-4

Green chilies  5 -6

Black pepper  crushed 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp

Cumin crushed 1 tsp

Coriander leaves handful

Ginger julienne for garnishing

Salt to taste

Oil  1/2 cup

Method:

  1. In a wok add oil and chicken ,mix well until color change.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  3. Add tomatoes cover and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
  4. Remove skin ,mix well and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add green chilies, salt and black pepper crushed, cumin crushed cook 1-2 minutes. 
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, ginger julienne.
  7. Shinwari karahi is ready to serve.
  8. Enjoy! with naan and chapati.
