Mango Squash Recipe

Ingredients:

Mango    2 cup chopped

Sugar     1 cup

Lemon juice   1 whole lemon

Water    1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Rinse and peel and roughly chopped mangoes.
  2. Transfer a chopped mangoes to a blender, blend to a smooth puree.
  3. To a saucepan add sugar and water to it. Boil till sugar dissolves completely and continue cook until syrup thicken.
  4. Lower the heat and add mango pulp, lemon juice. Mix well and bring to a gentle boil. keep mixing well as the squash concentrate boils.
  5. Remove from flame and let cool completely. Now you can strain the syrup if you wish. store the squash in the dry glass bottle and refrigerate.
  6. Add 3 tbsp of mango squash to a serving glass add 1/2 cup chill water mix well and serve.


Note:

  • Always use clean dry glass bottle.
  • Glass bottle is preferred to store in fridge.
  • You can double the recipe.
