Bread Pakora Recipe |

Ingredients:
For batter
Gram flour/basen 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 /2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Carom seed 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
For stuffing
Potato 250 g
Green chili 2 chopped
Coriander leave 2 tbsp chopped
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
All spice powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice few drops
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
For stuffing
- Peel and boil potato,mash them transfer to a bowl.
- In a bowl add mash potato,finely chopped green chili ,chopped coriander leave,red chili powder,cumin powder,all spice powder,lemon juice and salt mix everything well.taste seasoning add more if required.
for batter
- In a bowl add gram flour,red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt carom seed add water as needed and mix well make a batter.
For bread pakora
- Take a bread slice and spread stuffing mixture evenly over it ,cover it with another bread slice gently press it cut each sandwich into two triangular shaped .set these aside.
- Prepare all bread slice in the same way.
- Heat oil in a pan shallow or deep frying.dip each triangular slices in batter and gently coat it with batter on both sides
- Swipe off excess batter and gently slide this to the hot oil.
- Deep fry until bottom surface turns light golden brown it will take approx 1-2 minutes.
- Turn them to the other side fry both side until it turns crispy and light golden on both sides.
- Remove it from oil using a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate kitchen paper tissue.
- Serve bread pakora hot or warm with ketchup.
Note:
- Add boil green peas and green onion to make stuffing.
- Make sure batter is not too thick or too thin.
- Deep fry pakora immediately after dipping it into batter keeping them aside after dipping in batter will turns bread soggy and difficult to deep fry

bread pakora recipe is a perfect snack that is for suitable for ramadan in iftari table.It is essentially deep fry snack having crispy outer coating of gram flour.bread slice are stuffed with potato masala and cut into triangle shaped.this snack is perfect to be enjoy with tea.If you want to make bread pakora without stuffing then just ignore the stuffing process and deep fry each bread slices in the gram flour batter and follow the same process.
