Ingredients:

Mutton chops   500 g

Ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp

Black pepper crushed   1 tsp

Cinnamon powder  1/2 tsp

Vinegar 2 tbsp

Papaya paste   2 tbsp

Yogurt 2 tbsp

Salt to taste

Oil as required

Coals as required

Skewer  as required


For garnish

Onion  2-3 cut into circle

Tomato  2-3

Lemon  1

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add mutton chops, ginger garlic paste, black pepper crushed, papaya paste, cinnamon, powder, yogurt, salt marinate for 7 to 8 hours.
  2. Now take marinated mutton chops on skewer.
  3. Cook on greased grill pan. cook until chops are done and tender.
  4. Give a coal smoke for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from skewer and dish out.
  6. Garnish with tomato,onion and lemon.
  7. Serve hot with naan and chapati.
