Ingredients:

Green onion   4 pcs

Cabbage    1  cup

Carrots   2 pcs

Capsicum   1

Vinegar   1 tbsp

Soya sauce   2 tbsp

Black pepper crushed   1 tsp

Salt to taste

Roll wrapper as required

Oil for frying

Method:

  1. In a wok add 1 tbsp oil add green onion stirring frequently, add cabbage, carrot, capsicum turn heat to high, and stir fry the vegetables for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, and black pepper and cook for a minutes.
  3. Cool this completely.
  4. Place a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface, place a spoonful of stuffing into the corner of the wrapper, and roll the edge of the wrapper tightly around the mixture seal the edges with egg white, and make sure all edges are tightly sealed.
  5. Heat oil in a large wok.
  6. Add the roll in hot oil and fry evenly by stirring until golden brown.
  7. Remove them on a paper towel.
  8. Serve vegetables spring roll hot with ketchup.
