Kala Chana Chaat Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Black chickpea 250 g
Onion 2 medium chopped
Tomato 2 medium chopped
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves as required
Mint leaves as required
Green chili 2
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a pot add black chickpea, and water soak overnight or 8 hours.
- Drain the water, rinse the chickpeas, and boil them until done.
- In a bowl add chopped tomato, onion, coriander and mint leaves, tamarind pulp, red chili powder, cumin powder, green chili, and salt.
- Add black chickpea toss to combine everything and squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and serve it.
- Before serving garnish with some coriander leaves.
