Fried Wonton Recipe 


Preparation Time    15 Minutes

Cook Time              10 Minutes

Serve                        20 Wonton

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken breast  250 g

Spring onion chopped 2 cup

Green chili   10

Coriander leave  1/2 bunch

Soya sauce  1 tbsp

Black pepper  1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Egg beaten 1

Wonton wrapper  as required

Method:

  1. In a chopper add boneless chicken cube, green onion, green chili, black pepper powder chop until well combine. add chop coriander leave and salt mix  all the ingredients and set a side.
  2. Separate the wonton wrappers and add 1 tablespoon of the chicken minced mixture on each triangle.
  3. Apply egg at the edges,fold in triangular shape and seal all sides.
  4. Apply egg on one side of triangle and overlap to form wonton shape.
  5. In a wok add oil on medium to high heat.
  6. Fry wonton in batches, six to eight  wonton on each batch.
  7. Fry wonton for about four to five minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Take them out and drain on paper towel re move excess oil.
  9. Serve hot with ketchup and chili sauce.
