Fried Wonton Recipe |

Serve 20 Wonton
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken breast 250 g
Spring onion chopped 2 cup
Green chili 10
Coriander leave 1/2 bunch
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Egg beaten 1
Wonton wrapper as required
Method:
- In a chopper add boneless chicken cube, green onion, green chili, black pepper powder chop until well combine. add chop coriander leave and salt mix all the ingredients and set a side.
- Separate the wonton wrappers and add 1 tablespoon of the chicken minced mixture on each triangle.
- Apply egg at the edges,fold in triangular shape and seal all sides.
- Apply egg on one side of triangle and overlap to form wonton shape.
- In a wok add oil on medium to high heat.
- Fry wonton in batches, six to eight wonton on each batch.
- Fry wonton for about four to five minutes or until golden brown.
- Take them out and drain on paper towel re move excess oil.
- Serve hot with ketchup and chili sauce.
