In a wok add ghee ,melt the ghee and add gram flour roast on low flame until the gram flour is well combined with ghee
Its takes about 30 minutes, the gram flour starts release ghee.
After a while gram flour begins to turns deep golden in color.
Remove a wok quickly from stove.
Begin to cool down transfer into large bowl.
When the gram flour cool down add powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
Mix very well everything combined.
Take a small portion of this and press down in your palm to roll a ball, shape into tight hard ball, pressing hard at every stage .
Decorate the top each laddo with almonds and pistachios.
Serve and enjoy.
Note:
Under roasting the gram flour will leave a raw smell of gram flour to laddo,so roast until you begin to get nice aroma and the color change to deep golden.
When the gram flour is done,you will get very aroma,this is the indication to remove from stove.
Add sugar when the roasted gram flour is cool down.if you add sugar to hot gram flour,then sugar will melt and the mixture turns runny,you wont be able to bind the mixture.
