BBQ Chicken Shaslik Recipe |

Ingredients:
Chicken cube 1/2 kg
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Plain yogurt 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Ingredients for stick
Capsicum cube 2
Tomato cube 2
Onion cube 1
Coal as required
Wooden skewer stick a required
Rice for serving
Oil for grilling
Method:
- Cut chicken into cube , tomato ,onion and capsicum cut into square shape.
- In a bowl add chicken cube, add red chili powder, mustard paste, Worcestershire sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, yogurt, ketchup, salt, vinegar, black pepper marinate for 3 to 4 hour.
- Add red chili powder and salt to the vegetables.
- Put the chicken cubes on skewers,alternating with onion, tomato, capsicum, again chicken, keep repeating.
- Heat grill pan with just a thin layer of oil.
- Place the skewer over the pan
- Turn the skewer after 3 minutes. keep turning them every minutes till evenly cook through.
- After grill then give coal smoke.
- Serve with fried rice.
