Fried Chicken Drumstick Recipe |

Ingredients:
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Chicken drumstick 6
All purpose flour 1/3 cup
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Egg 1
Bread crumb for coating
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Oil for deep frying
Ketchup
Method:
- Clean the chicken drumstick with dry pepper towel.
- In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, all purpose flour, and egg mix all the ingredient.
- Add chicken drumstick mix well and at least 2 hour.
- Roll in bread crumb.
- In a wok add oil at least 3 inches heat to a temperature 350 f and gently place the coated chicken drumstick inside the oil and fry till fully cooked on the inside and golden brown and crispy on the outside turning over in between the frying process.
- Remove fried drumstick from hot oil onto a pepper towel to remove any excess oil.
- Serve with fries and ketchup.
