Ingredients:

Potato  500 g

Onion  1 medium

Red chili powder   1 tsp

Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
 
All spice powder   1/2 tsp

Cumin seed   1/2 tsp

Chaat masala    1/2 tsp

Lemon juice   1 

Chopped green chili  4 to 5

Coriander leaves   1/2 cup

Coriander seed  1 tsp

 Mint leaves   2 tbsp 

Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Salt  to taste

Oil  for frying

Corn flour   1 tbsp

Egg  1

Bread crumb for coating

Method:

  1. Boil potatoes .peel the skin and mash it. mash with a potato masher or a fork.
  2. In a large bowl add mash potatoes.add red chili powder, chopped onion, coriander seed, all spice powder, chaat masala. lemon juice, green chilies chopped, coriander leaves, mint leaves,corn flour.
  3. Black pepper powder red chili flakes and salt.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together.
  5. Make a kababs into round shape.
  6. In a plate add breadcrumbs. 
  7. Beat an egg with the help of a fork.
  8. Dip kababs in breadcrumbs.
  9. After breadcrumbs dip kababs in egg.
  10. Heat oil in a frying pan fry kababs till golden on both sides.
  11. Take out kabab on kitchen pepper to absorb excess oil.
  12. Serve with ketchup and green chutney.
Note:
  1. Avoid to boil potatoes for long time.
  2. potatoes tend to get soggy when frozen,aloo kababs cannot be kept in the freezer for a prolonged period of time.
