Homemade Khoya Recipe |
Preparation time 5 Minutes
Cook Time 45 Minutes
Serve 1 cup
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Ghee/butter 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a wok add milk and bring it to boil.
- Add butter/ghee mix it well.
- Cook on medium low flame for approx 45 to 50 minutes and mix continuously until its reduced and thick.
- Turn of the flame.
- Let it cool and set in desired shape mold.
- Can be kept in refrigerator in for up to 15 days.
