Homemade Khoya Recipe


Preparation time    5 Minutes

Cook Time            45 Minutes

Serve                     1 cup

Ingredients:

Milk 1 liter

Ghee/butter 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a wok add milk and bring it to boil.
  2. Add butter/ghee mix it well.
  3. Cook on medium low flame for approx 45 to 50 minutes and mix continuously until its reduced and thick. 
  4. Turn of the flame.
  5. Let it cool and set in desired shape mold.
  6. Can be kept in refrigerator in for up to 15 days.
