In a food processor add butter,caster sugar, eggs, refined flour, vanilla essence whizz for 1-2 minutes until smooth. if you prefer to mix by hand beat, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Divide the mixture in 2 bowls. in one mixture add 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Now in a baking tray grease it and pour 1 spoon from both the mixture.
Take a skewer and swirl it around the mixture in the tin a few times to create a marbled effect.
Then set the oven 180 degree and bake it for 45-55 minutes and serve it at room temperature.
