Chinese Egg Fried Rice Recipe At Home |

Ingredients:
Rice 2 cup
Egg 2
Spring onion 1/2 cup
Carrot julienne 1/2 cup
Capsicum julienne 1/2 cup
Cabbage 3/4 cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbps
Black pepper 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl beat egg and add salt, black pepper whisk again.
- In a pan add oil and egg cook until crumbled and set aside.
- Soak rice for half an hour. after half an hour boil the rice.
- Drain water and keep the rice on the side.
- In a pan add oil and garlic and fry until light golden
- Add spring onion fry with garlic.
- Now add carrot,capsicum, and cabbage mix well for a minutes.
- Add salt, black pepper and soya sauce, vinegar saute for few minutes.
- Add boil rice and give it a good mix.
- Now add egg in rice.
- Now cover and cook on low flame for a few minutes.
- Serve hot.
