Ingredients:

Rice    2 cup

Egg    2

Spring onion   1/2 cup

Carrot  julienne  1/2 cup

Capsicum   julienne  1/2 cup

Cabbage   3/4 cup

Garlic  chopped  1 tbsp

Soya sauce  1 tbps

Black pepper  1 tsp

Vinegar  1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Oil  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a bowl beat egg and add salt, black pepper whisk again.
  2. In a pan add oil and egg cook until crumbled and set aside.
  3. Soak rice for half an hour. after half an hour boil the rice.
  4. Drain water and keep the rice on the side.
  5. In a pan add oil and garlic and fry until light golden
  6. Add spring onion fry with garlic.
  7. Now add carrot,capsicum, and cabbage mix well for a minutes.
  8. Add salt, black pepper and soya sauce, vinegar saute for few minutes.
  9. Add boil rice and give it a good mix.
  10. Now add egg in rice.
  11. Now cover and cook on low flame for a few minutes.
  12. Serve hot.
