Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

Chicken boneless 300 g

Bread slices  8

Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp

Red chili powder   1 tsp

Pepper crushed  1 tsp

Onion 1 

Coriander leaves 2 tbsp ( finelly chopped)

Salt  to taste

Oil  2 tbsp

For sauce ingredients:

Mayonnaise  1/2 cup

Ketchup  2 tbsp

Vinegar  1 tbsp

Chili sauce  2 tbsp

Method:

For Making Sauce:

  • In a bowl add 1/2 cup mayonnaise add 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, and 2 tbsp chili sauce, and mix it properly. 

  1. Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste, and saute few seconds then add chicken, salt, black pepper crushed, red chili powder saute chicken for a few minutes. let the chicken cook with the lid on.
  2. This should take about 5 to 6 minutes when the chicken is fully cooked put off the flame.
  3. Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate ,shred the chicken using fork.
  4. Now add in shredded chicken chopped onion and coriander (finely chopped)
  5. Take  a bread slice chop off its sides (brown part) repeat the process for all the bread. keep it aside
  6. Now put the prepared sauce on the bread and then add prepared chicken as required Cover the bread slice.
  7. The chicken sandwich is ready.
  8. Serve it.
