Chicken Sandwich Recipe |

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless 300 g
Bread slices 8
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Pepper crushed 1 tsp
Onion 1
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp ( finelly chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
For sauce ingredients:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Method:
For Making Sauce:
- In a bowl add 1/2 cup mayonnaise add 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, and 2 tbsp chili sauce, and mix it properly.
- Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste, and saute few seconds then add chicken, salt, black pepper crushed, red chili powder saute chicken for a few minutes. let the chicken cook with the lid on.
- This should take about 5 to 6 minutes when the chicken is fully cooked put off the flame.
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate ,shred the chicken using fork.
- Now add in shredded chicken chopped onion and coriander (finely chopped).
- Take a bread slice chop off its sides (brown part) repeat the process for all the bread. keep it aside
- Now put the prepared sauce on the bread and then add prepared chicken as required Cover the bread slice.
- The chicken sandwich is ready.
- Serve it.
