Chane Ki Daal Ka Halwa Recipe |

Ingredients:
Split chickpea lentils (chana daal) 1 cup
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Cardamom 3 to 4
Ghee 1 cup
Almond for garnishing
Pistachio for garnishing
Raisin for garnishing
Desiccated coconuts 2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash split chickpea lentil with water. soak for 3 to 4 hour.
- Drain the soaking water.
- In a pot add split chickpea lentil and milk to boil. Make sure the split chickpea lentil is completely cook and tender.
- Remove split chickpea lentil from heat.
- Blend split chickpea lentil.use hand blender or food processor can also be used.
- Heat ghee in a wok add cardamom seeds and cook for about a minutes and then add blended split chickpea lentil mixture.
- Cook until when it turns slightly brown this process does require quite a bit of muscle work as well as constant standing on the stove.
- Add sugar, stir well until sugar is dissolves.
- Fry well until ghee is separate.
- Add almond, pistachio, raisin desiccated coconuts and mix well.
- Serve hot or cold.
- Chane ki daal ka halwa is ready.
