Bean Chaat Recipe |

Ingredient
Red kidney beans ( red lobia) 2 cup
White kidney beans (white lobia) 2 cup
Onion 1 large
Tomato 1 large
Green chili 3 chopped
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
- In a pot add red kidney beans, water ,salt and mix well cover and cook on medium flame until tender (approx 40 to 45 minutes) drain the water and set aside.
- In another pot add white beans, water salt and mix well and cover and cook on medium flame until tender(approx 40 to 45 minutes) drain the water and set aside.
- In a bowl add boil beans, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, tamarind pulp, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice.
- Toss the beans chaat well. adjust chaat masala and salt to suit your taste. you can add more chopped chilies according to your taste.
- Serve beans chaat as an a healthy snake.
