Ingredient

Red kidney beans ( red lobia) 2 cup

White kidney beans  (white lobia) 2 cup

Onion 1 large

Tomato 1 large

Green chili  3 chopped

Chaat masala  1 tsp

Tamarind pulp 1 tbsp

Lemon juice   3 tbsp

Coriander leaves  2 tbsp

Salt to  taste

Method:

  1. In a pot add red kidney beans, water ,salt and mix well cover and cook on medium flame until tender (approx 40 to 45 minutes) drain the water and set aside.
  2. In another pot add white beans, water salt and mix well and cover and cook on medium flame until tender(approx 40 to 45 minutes) drain the water and set aside.
  3. In a bowl add boil beans, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chili, coriander leaves, tamarind pulp, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice.
  4. Toss the beans chaat well. adjust chaat masala and salt to suit your taste. you can add more chopped chilies according to your taste.
  5. Serve beans chaat as an a healthy snake.
