Tandoori Chicken Recipe On Gas Stove |

Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 3 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala as required
All spice powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Method:
- Clean and wash chicken cut on chicken using sharp knife.
- In a bowl ginger garlic paste, kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, all spice powder, yogurt, lemon juice, vinegar and salt mix all the ingredients make a fine paste.
- Add chicken pieces and mix well marinate for 6 hour or overnight.
- In a pan wok add oil and add place chicken on it.cover and cook on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes and then cook on medium flame until water is reduced and the turn the sides and again cook on low flame .until chicken is tender.
- Take a small piece of charcoal and heat it on stove or a small steel bowl. then add 2 to 3 drops of oil on it place in a wok cover a lid.
- After a minutes take of lid and remove heated charcoal.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on it.
- Serve smoky tandoori chicken with salad. rice or naan.
