Rice Kheer Recipe |

Serve 4
Ingredients:
Rice 1/4 cup
Milk 1 liter
Green cardamom 4 to 5
Sugar 10 to 12 tbsp
Almond 2 tbsp
Pistachio 2 tbsp
Raisin 1 tbsp
Method:
- Rinse rice a couple of times till water runs clear of the starch.
- Then soak the rice in enough water for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Boil milk in a deep pan add rice simmer over low flame, stirring occasionally till rice is cook and milk become thick.
- Add crushed cardamom to the milk keep the low flame cook till milk will reduce and rice will be completely cooked.
- Add sugar and mix. stir till sugar gets dissolved properly.
- Add nuts and cook kheer for 5 minutes more after adding sugar and nuts.
- Remove pan from heat garnish with more nuts and serve warm or chilled.
