Keema Matar Aalo Recipe/ Beef Mince With Peas and Patato

Ingredients:

Beef mice   1/2 kg

Peas  green  1 cup

Potato cube 2 medium

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Onion   2 medium

Tomato   3

Red chili powder   1 tsp

Coriander powder  1 tsp

Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp

Cumin seed 1 tsp

Yogurt 1 tbsp

Black pepper corn 5

Clove  4

Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch

Bay leave   2 

Black cardamom  1

Coriander leaves  1 tbsp

Green chili 3 to 4

Ginger Julian  2 inches

Salt  to taste

Oil    1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Wash mince and put in a strainer to drain excess water, set a side.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add onion fry until golden brown add, cumin seed, clove cinnamon, pepper corn, bay leave cardamom fry few seconds.
  3. Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt coriander powder turmeric powder and chili powder and salt stir fry till oil separate.
  4. Add mince and yogurt  mix well cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add peas and and potato add 1/2 cup water cover and cook until peas and potato are cooked and oil separate.
  6. Garnish with green chili slice fresh coriander and ginger slice.
  7. Serve with naan.
