Keema Matar Aalo Recipe/ Beef Mince With Peas and Patato |

Ingredients:
Beef mice 1/2 kg
Peas green 1 cup
Potato cube 2 medium
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion 2 medium
Tomato 3
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Black pepper corn 5
Clove 4
Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
Bay leave 2
Black cardamom 1
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Green chili 3 to 4
Ginger Julian 2 inches
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Wash mince and put in a strainer to drain excess water, set a side.
- Heat oil in a pan add onion fry until golden brown add, cumin seed, clove cinnamon, pepper corn, bay leave cardamom fry few seconds.
- Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt coriander powder turmeric powder and chili powder and salt stir fry till oil separate.
- Add mince and yogurt mix well cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add peas and and potato add 1/2 cup water cover and cook until peas and potato are cooked and oil separate.
- Garnish with green chili slice fresh coriander and ginger slice.
- Serve with naan.
