Keema Karelay Recipe/Beef Mince With Bitter Gourd |

Ingredients:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Bitter gourd 1/2 kg
Onion 2 thinly sliced
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Tomato 4
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Chopped green chilies 6
Tamarind pulp 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Peel the bitter gourd with the help of knife and then deseed and cut into small pieces.
- Add salt in bitter gourd and mix well cover it and rest for 2 hour.
- Now wash well and squeeze properly to remove excess water.
- In a wok add oil heat up oil, add bitter gourd fry until light golden. and take out in a bowl.
- Add oil and fry onion until light golden.
- Add mince, ginger garlic paste mix well, now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, tomato and yogurt, crushed black pepper and salt mix well cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
- Now add fried bitter gourd and mix well cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. until oil separates.
- Add all spice powder and tamarind pulp, green chilies mix well cook 2 to 3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati and Enjoy!
