Kaleji Recipe / Beef Liver Fry Recipe |

Ingredients:
Beef lever 500 g
Yogurt 1 cup
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion 1 medium
All spice powder 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 8 to 10
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Dried fungreek leave 1/2 tbsp
Ginger Julian 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilles 3 to 4
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
- In a wok add onion fry until lightly golden on medium heat. in a chopper add fry onion chop well and set aside.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder, cumin seed black pepper mix well.
- Now add fry chop onion mix well.
- Add beef liver mix well and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
- Now add yogurt cook for 4 to 5 minutes ,cover and cook for low flame until oil separates.
- Add lemon juice, dried fenugreek leaves, mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Add coriander leave. ginger Julian and green chili.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
