Kaleji Recipe / Beef Liver Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

Beef lever 500 g

Yogurt 1 cup

Red chilli powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Onion 1 medium

All spice powder  1 tsp

Black pepper  crushed 8 to 10

Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Cumin 1/2  tsp

Dried fungreek leave   1/2 tbsp

Ginger Julian  1 tsp

Coriander leaves   2 tbsp

Green chilles  3 to 4

Salt to taste

Oil  

Method:

  1. In a wok add onion fry until lightly  golden on medium heat. in a chopper add fry onion chop well and set aside.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder, cumin seed black pepper mix well.
  3. Now add fry chop onion mix well.
  4. Add beef liver mix well and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Now add yogurt cook for 4 to 5 minutes ,cover and cook for low flame until oil separates.
  6. Add lemon juice, dried fenugreek leaves, mix well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Add salt and mix well.
  8. Add coriander leave. ginger Julian and green chili.
  9. Serve with lemon wedges.
