Easy Fish Fry Recipe |

Serve 3
Ingredients:
Fish 1/2 kg
Red chili crushed 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Carom seed 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Germ flour 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Method:
- Wash fish pieces thoroughly under running water. keep aside in a strainer till the water drains out.
- Marinate fish with ginger garlic paste, black pepper, red pepper crushed, coriander powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, corn flour, germ flour, cumin powder, carom seed, and salt, egg, butter should be thick.
- Marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a deep fry pan to shallow fry the fish pieces, keeping the low flame.
- Drain the fried fish pieces and place them on a pepper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve fry fish with green chutney and onion ring.
- Sprinkle chaat masala on it.
