Bun Kabab Recipe With Beef Mince

Ingredients:

Beef  Mince  half kg

Spring onion     2

Red chili powder   1 tsp

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Mustard paste  1 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste   1 tbsp

Bread  crumb  2 tbsp

Egg  1

Salt   to taste

Oil   frying

Tomato slice  1

Onion slice  1

Cucumber  slice 1

Mayonnaise  as required

Method:

  1. In a bowl add beef mince, spring onion, red chili powder, black pepper, mustard paste, bread crumb, egg and salt mix all the ingredients, marinate for half and hour.
  2. Make thick kabab with mince. 
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. add kabab and cook on each side until brown and completely cook.
  4. Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook buns for two minutes or until toasted.
  5. Spread bun base with ketchup top with kabab, tomato slice, cucumber slice, onion slice and mayonnaise.
  6. Serve hot.
