Bread Kachori With Chicken Mince Recipe (Quick and Easy)


Preparation Time   10 Minutes

Cook Time               20 Minutes

Ingredients:

Chicken  mince 1/2 kg

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Red chili powder   1 tsp

Vinegar  2 tbsp

Soya sauce 1 tbsp

Green chili 2 to 3 chopped

Coriander leaves for garnish 

Salt to taste

Bread  12 slice

Water as required

Oil for frying

Method:

  1. In a wok add 2 tbsp oil, add  ginger garlic paste and chicken mince, cook until chicken mince color change.
  2. Add black pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, add red chili powder, and salt mix well.
  3. Add water cover  and cook till mince tender and water dries.
  4. Add green chili and coriander leaves mix well and let it cool.
  5. Take a bread slice and cut it into circle size cut all bread slice .
  6. Take a bread slice and spread some water on both side and press it and put 2 tbsp or  stuffing (chicken mince) and then take another bread slice and spread some water on both side and press with hands and then cover it and binding it from edges. (seal well with fork).
  7. In a wok, heat oil over medium flame and fry bread kachori until golden brown
  8. Bread kachori is ready.
  9. Enjoy with tomato ketchup and chili garlic sauce.
