Beef Stew Recipe Pakistani |

Ingredients:
Beef 1/2 kg
Onion 3 to 4
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili whole 4 to 6
Black cardamom 2
Cinnamon 1 inch 1 piece
Black pepper 8 to 10
Cumin 1 tsp
Clove 4 to 6
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato chopped 3 to 4
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Water 2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1/4 cup
Green chili 4
Ginger Julian 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan add onion and cumin fry, now add beef, ginger garlic paste fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add red chili whole, black cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, clove, red chili flakes, coriander powder, turmeric powder saute for 1 minutes.
- Now add tomatoes and mix well.
- Add 2 cups water and mix cover and cook until meat is tender on low flame.
- Add yogurt and cook until water dries and oil separate.
- Add all spice powder, garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with naan and chapati.
