Ingredients:

Beef 1/2 kg

Onion 3 to 4

Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp

Red  chili whole  4 to 6

Black cardamom  2

Cinnamon  1 inch  1 piece

Black pepper 8 to 10

Cumin  1 tsp

Clove   4 to 6

Red chili flakes 1 tsp

Coriander powder  1 tsp

Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp

Tomato chopped   3 to 4

Yogurt    1/2 cup

Water  2 cup

Salt to taste

Oil   1/4 cup

Green chili  4 

Ginger Julian  1 tbsp

Coriander leaves  2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan add onion and cumin  fry, now add beef, ginger garlic paste fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add red chili whole, black cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, clove, red chili flakes, coriander powder, turmeric powder saute for 1 minutes. 
  3. Now add tomatoes and mix well.
  4. Add 2 cups water and mix cover and cook until meat is tender on low flame.
  5. Add yogurt and cook until water dries and oil separate.
  6. Add all spice powder, garnish with green chilies and coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with naan  and chapati.
